I just spoke with Utilikilts - Otto
I just talked to Otto on the phone at Utilikilts.
They are in the middle of their big transition, he said the place is really up for grabs.
I guess he is going to be the last one to move to the new building....
Right now he said they are not doing any custom orders. They are just producing the standard sizes so they have some on the racks to ship out. They are hoping to be back to normal in about a month.
I was going to order just one to celebrate the fact that I am being hired as a permanent employee....but.....well then I would have an ODD number of kilts and that just wouldn't be right.
So I ordered two - then I will have 12 kilts and that's a nice round number.
Oh....right now they have lots of originals and Mockers on the racks....at least in my size which is 40 long.

Hi Phil, I was counting up from one as far as I could go, and when I got to twelve (shortly after running out of fingers), I discovered that the number twelve is probably an even number if one begins from zero. Since that may be true, it's possible that you would have to get three more kilts. Why three? Well, if you're superstitiuous, thirteen could never do, and fourteen is another even number. So, the quickest way to round out the numbers in yer kilt wardrobe is to go directly to fifteen. Pass go and collect the reward for kilt and end up at nice round figure for moving ahead with!!!
I think I'll go over there to UK right now and see if Otto is around. It's only a few blocks away. I'll let y'all know later what I see. If Otto's available I'll ask him if he'll try to get the new addresses into the XMTS Kiltmakers Directory.
