its finally here!

its finally here! the issue with my tracking number was that because it was an international shipping order, there was no tracking number. something i wish they would have mentioned for others so they dont worry like i did. anyway, it arrived at my girlfriends house and i had to pay an extra 92 euros due to german tax.. you can imagine how thrilled i was but regardless my "irish revenge" sportkilt is here.. and just in time to break it in with the American-German fest here on post. along with the kilt i have my white rabbit sporran, belt, hose and flash. maybe a bit over the top for "casual" but as i mentioned before, im in no position to be spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on a traditional, especially with the hot humid weather here in mannheim. if i wasnt saving for my highland pipes maybe i would have gotten a traditional. like i said a bit over the top for a casual, but i like the look of traditionals, not too into the utilikilts. not knocking them but just isnt my style, with the meant to wear low and such. i really hope this thing fits me length wise, but i figure wearing it above the navel, worst case it will be to the bottom of my knee caps. ill take some pictures tomorrow and then upload them. thanks for all the help so far. - cheers
