Last weekend the Philadelphia Folksong Society celebrated it’s 50th Annual Philadelphia Folk Festival.

About 6000 campers. Think Woodstock.

The band Tempest featured three members in black Utilikilts.
Many other Utilikilts in the audience.

AmeriKilts was a vendor and appeared to be doing steady business.
They’d vended in prior years so there were already two-dozen or more AmeriKilt wearers in attendance.

I saw about a dozen tartan kilts -- wool & USAK PV & Stillwater acrylic.

I wore Sport Kilts Tropical Prints and AmeriKilts, but mostly Mountain Heardwear’s El Kommando Hiking Kilt because of the ultra light weight, quick dry, and pockets.
