Experts have noted before that that wasn't exactly a utilikilt being worn by my fellow Albertan, Mr. Fillion (I grew up in northern Alberta, and only currently reside in Vancouver).

I can't recall the exact brand at the moment, but I know it's not a Utilitkilt (TM).

Just watched it again and you are correct--it's not a UK. I am curious what the brand is because it's remarkable UK-like.
