I've never heard of them before, but the price is pretty cheap? From the bend in the elbows, it looks like it's on the right way, but the picture is taken from behind. What I want to know is why is he wearing the sporran on his butt?

Thats what it looks like to me. An OK looking kilt for the price nonetheless. So bcmtnbka, you looking for a military cut kilt???
