I would say spats. Those kilts are a bit short, but heck, what do I know about fashion.

Inspiration struck...as soon as I'm done with my next kilt(just started it), a RevK in ACU digital camo, I'm making one inspired by this design in heavy poly-cotton or poly-hemp in very dark grey or black. Thanks for the idea!

The tartan too is just perfect!

I would have never thought of pleats that way but it works perfectly!
