Rocky and Kelly bent over backwards this week to get me in a good kilt! The tartan I ordered was out of stock, so they emailed me as soon as they got the order! I picked another and found they had just sold all of it to someone having a wedding They even emailed me on Sunday twice to get me in a tartan I like! Now, my kilt is on the way and I elated! That kind of service is unheard of! Most companys won't do anything except during "buisness" hours! Thanks Rocky and Kelly! Great Job!

I heartily agree with you. Service is the biggest plus when dealing with USAK.

I've been in business for over 20 years, and one thing I have learned is that good service is paramount, being the cheapest means nothing, having the best service - that's what people want.
