I have in mind to make a couple of lined kilts for myself, using 8" of fabric per 2" knife-pleat.
A couple of my kilts have an inside box pleat (or as some call it a (reverse pleat) at the begining of the under apron and a larger pleat at the begining of the over apron.
It seems to me the aprons on these kilts fall better, and allow more freedom of movement. any thoughts on this?
