    uhm.....wow. I'm not sure it's a kilt so much as gladiator armor!

    Noticeable lack of pleats, aprons, and other significant descriptors of a kilt. I would think it more of a penny skirt.

    Do you know how the pennies are connected? Wire would seem dangerous, thread would seem to wear through from the drilled edges.
