Saltire Kilts from UK???

I was looking for photos from this years Dressed to Kilt event, and came across the UK submissions on their newsletter. The flag kilts look have decent. I doubt it Colin. There was a thread about these kilts on the UK board last week. It seems like they were all special order, one time deals.
