I don't know but it would seem to me the thing to do would be to make one out of light cotton, close the front, put in a elastic waist band and go commando, hard to get cooler than that. It looks like a kilt, acts like a kilt, so it must be a kilt, or a bathing suit that looks like a kilt, I'm working on it.

Another...maybe the last very warm night. Ultra light weight kilt.

I keep saying last warm (ultra-lightweight) night but then there's another.
