Working Man afraid of the Workman's

My wife and I were picking up a free set of shelves at a friend of my folks place in the wealthier suburbs of Seattle on Saturday afternoon. They had a handyman, in his late 20's working on their front porch who exclaimed "Hey, that's the second one of those that I've seen!" pointing to my carmel workman's kilt. We told him to check out utilikilts.com or go down to the world wide headquartrs on 15th. After we loaded up the car, I had tracked down a business card and handed it to him. He declined saying "Naw, that's just to daring for me."

Poor guy, I'm sure he's not alone.

I was also asked on the ferry boat about how many comments I get on my kilt. I just told the woman that eventually the rest of the male population will remember why unbifucated garments were in existance and the questions will eventually go away.

    George,

At least you tried. Some guys just aren't ready for them (don't know what they are missing).

If you should happen to see him again tell him that you know of a guy in Denver who actually mows his lawn in his Workman's.

I was out this evening working on my deck in my Survival. Temp was about 85 tonight with about 80% humidity and though I was still sweating like crazy the flexibility I had to move and bend without having to constantly pull up my pants was great.

At first I thought the stiffness of the cloth would be a negative but I think it actually helped to keep the kilt from clinging to my legs so I always had freedom of movement.
