Good Morning All -
I joined a little while ago, but with "LIFE" going on haven't had time to get involved until now. I haven't even had a lot of time to explore the site adequately, but hope to do so in the next few days. From what I've seen so far though, I'm impressed.
A bit of background ... I've been making kilts most of my life. I learned from my late Mum, who apparently learned from my grandfather (although I don't remember meeting him). It's more or less a sideline for me, since I have a "day job", but I love it. My wife says she'd rather stick a needle in her eye than hand-sew a pleat, but since I also do all her alterations, and she's happy to tile the bathroom, it's a great division of labour and it's ALL GOOD.
Anyhow, time to get ready for that "day job", but perhaps I'll hear from a few of you when you get a chance.
