    PermaPleat system

This question is primarily for Rocky, I suppose, but anyone with a USAKilt philabeag could probably answer.

What exactly is the PermaPleat system? It's hard to tell from the photo on the USAKilt site.

    Thanks.

Permapleat means that the pleats are stitched on the edge all the way from top to bottom, keeping the pleats in place.
