I hope you are able to find a tartan that will work; you're in my thoughts.

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

I'm so sorry to hear about your wife. It's a wonderful idea that you have to wear a pink kilt.
One of my favorite pink tartans is the Dress Rose Nisbet. It makes up into a beautiful kilt and is available as a stock tartan from D.C. Dalgliesh in 11-12 oz weight.

All the suggestions so far are very nice, but I don't think that they're pink enough to represent the pink colour of the breast cancer campaign.
Check out http://www.bentneedledesigns.net/Fabric.html
Look for:
Dress Ailsa Pink
Dress Aviemore
Dress Magenta Fyvie
Dress Pink Kyle
Dress Cherry Gigha
Dress Pink Sunnart
Dress Sapphire Sunnart
Dress Magenta Shiel
Dress Cherry Torridon

A Canadian supplier with many of the above tartans, plus others.
And this site:

Look for:
Special Dress Fuchsia Menzies
Special Dress Raspberry Menzies
Dress Raspberry Scott
Dress Oliver is also a tartan with a good amount of pinkish red, but it's fairly balanced with blue.
I am also sorry to hear of the diagnoses. Best wishes to your wife and I hope that she can find a tartan which she can wear.

JoeMan1229, I hope that you and your wife are doing OK.
A search of the Scottish Register of Tartans reveals two tartans that you might consider:
Walk the Walk and
Weaving for Life.
Best wishes as you comfort and support the Mrs.
.
The obscure we see eventually. The completely obvious, it seems, takes longer.
