Incidentally, could I take the opportunity to once again ask the community to note the sticky at the top of 'our' forum section, and contact me (or in my absence, our very able manager) directly about any customer service issues to give us a proper chance to sort things out before posting here. I do of course understand the frustration when any company appears to be acting wrongly and the wish to share the experience. But in most cases we find the issue is one that can be fairly easily resolved, often due to minor misunderstandings that are perhaps inevitable when communicating mostly by email. And whilst I don't mind at all helping to clear things up when that happens, I'd much prefer to give my team the chance to do so first via the normal channels.
