Delayed Sporran

I'm usually very satisfied with Scotweb's service, however I have become a little frustrated lately. In November I ordered a Semi-Dress Sporran from Scotweb, a pretty inexpensive one for $95.00. It shipped out the expected two weeks later, however it was lost in the mail somewhere along the line, and an empty box showed up in Memphis. I know this probably wasn't Scotwebs fault, so I contacted them and they graciously ordered a new one. It was expected to ship out January 17th. When it didn't I waited about a week before contacting them. They said they're records showed it was expected to ship out about January 28th. Again, it didn't. I contacted them AGAIN, and they estimated February 15th. And guess what? It STILL wasn't shipped. They are now estimating for it to be shipped out Monday. Lets keep our fingers crossed. I was wondering if anyone has similar experiences? Any ideas about what's going on? Sigh.....

Again, could I point towards the Sticky at the top of this forum, and ask that customer service issues be addressed to me by PM first? That's the fastest way to get a response, and saves me having to waste a lot of additional time dealing with incidental flak etc. If you could contact me directly with your order details, Ill be happy to look into the causes of this unfortunate delay for you, and see if I can sort it out. Please accept my apologies in the meantime.
