kilt store service

I recieved my Argyll vest in the mail today
The fit and and finish and quality is great for an off the rack garment
After my problems with the shipping of the jacket that I ordered for Xmas the Kilt Store shipped this vest via Royal Air Mail at no extra charge without my having to request it.
They are a pleasure to do business with.

Good to hear it all worked out for you.

Nothing like good customer service to build repeat business.

Glad to hear good things.

Customer service isn't just an issue of supply and quality but how they deal with issues that may need be dealt with and getting it right first time.

Shouldn't take 6 emails to resolve an issue which wasn't the customer's fault but having finally got it sorted yes they are great!
