Kilt, The Balmoral traditional 8 yard kilt with Flashes
Kilt length: 22.5inch / 57.2 cm
Kilt seat: 34inch / 86.4 cm
Kilt waist: 41inch / 104.1 cm
Stitching: Hand & Machine sewn
Tartan: Mitchell Ancient, 13oz

Maybe this is from the new maternity kilt line?
