    Another Navy Tartan Pic

I took both my camera and a week's worth of USA kilts to Tucson. So played around with both. So nice to have a camera that doesn't mangle the tartan.

Here's a couple of the Navy tartan sewn up in a semi-trad in case there's anyone out there who wants one but hasn't ordered one up yet.

    Pleated to the stripe.

That's a beautiful kilt, one of my favorite tartans. I have it on my wish list

Ron, that looks great! I have the Navy tartan on my list, as well. (Lil'Bee is finishing week 3 of BC, even as we speak.)

    Aye MacDougall,

Ya look like the sailor who walked inland carrying an oar waiting for someone to say, "What's that?" Then making his new home there....

    Mr. MacDougall,
I know just where you took that picture. Right at the base of the Superstitions, where the Dutchman's gold is still hidden. Am I right?

That was my first guess too, but on examination the cliffs seem too low to be the Supers and we know MacDougall has been hanging out around Tucson...definately Sonoran Desert flora though.

    Inquiring minds want to know...

No, Mudd's right... this was shot at the Lost Dutchman state park, near the tourist-trap town of Goldfields. Why, you ask, was I there? My parents are currently full-time nomads, and that's where they'd chosen to park their RV last winter.
