WOO HOO! Our first interview was the one! We're welcoming Ian to the company. He'll be training under Mac for a few weeks before he makes kilts for any customers, but we're excited that he accepted our job offer.

if he needs "practice" making pieces, I can easily forward my measurements along and will be glad to review his work. All for free, I'll charge nothing at all. 
Who says this board isn't supportive?
