Smile Just ordered my first USA kilt!

Took a road trip to Phoenixville today (a really great little town - I have never seen so many Irish pubs in a two block strech!) and ordered my first USA kilt - a casual in Albannach tartan. Hopefully when it arrives it will get along well with the UK's and Amerikilts in my kilt closet.

The customer service at USAK is even better than XMTS members have said -a truly pleasant experience and a fantastic shop. I have seen too many stores with "Celtic kitsch" all over the place. This was a KILT SHOP!

You will never regret your choice. I have a USA kilts semi-trad in Hunting McLeod and it is beautifully pleated to the yellow stripe. Rocky does a fine job.

I also own a USA Semi-trad, as it happens in Hunting MacLeod, pleated to the sett. Been thinking of getting a casual. USA kilts are excellent in both quality and fit. No doubt you will be pleased.

Rocky does have an excellent shop, nearly overflowing with quality goods, and congenial shopkeeps.

Wow, ordered right at the shop itself. My casual from Rocky fits beautifully so I can only imagine what it'd be like if I'd my measurements taken by the kiltmakers themselves.

I own two USAK semi-traditional: American Heritage and Holyrood. Fantastic kilts. The PV material is a little cold in the winter but great in the summer. The Holyrood is becoming my favorite of the two.

Isn't Rocky's shop a wild trip? I got lost in there for an hour. I wanted one of everything. And their service is top notch. I'll be nearby next month, so another visit is already planned.
