| | | Let the Jonesing begin!
The end of February I decided to order my first Tank from Rocky, so I made a road trip to Phoenixville, PA. Rocky made the measurements and we talked about the differences between the 5-yd and the 8-yd kilts. After a couple of hours of chatting about kilts, music, tartans, and a bunch of other stuff, I made my decision on the 8 yd premium. I already had in mind to get the Edzell tartan (US Navy), so at least the hardest part was really easy.
Rocky said that it would be his customary 6-8 weeks for delivery, so once I got home I promptly marked my calendar when I ordered it and when I could look forward to receiving it. Now mind you that was about 4-5 weeks ago. Anyhow, yesterday being a slow rainy day at work, I'm working on a Small project in between the showers and I get a call on my cell phone. This is a tad unusual as I don't get that many calls during working hours on my personal cell. Oops, missed the call. Who could it be, but USA Kilts? Hmm, I wonder what they need? So promptly call Rocky back, and he tells me guess what I owe him the remainder on my kilt, and do I want to come pick it up tomorrow or should they ship it. It's Done! Three-Four weeks early!
I should be shipped out today and I should have it the first of next week. I'm Jonesing already!! Thanks Rocky and Kelly, have a great holiday!

Ok, this weekend wasn't so bad. Nothing I could do that would make it get here any faster, so just enjoy the National Tartan Day and watch the Freedom win 2-0 over virginia.
Now I know that it will be delivered TODAY. It's now just a matter of time waiting for the mailman to drop it off. Good news is that it is going to be delivered to the office. Bad news is that I have to wait for it to be delivered!!
LOL

Rocky and Kelly are on vacation - you might experience a delay.

The Kilt has arrived!!! It looks great too!
I decided to order some Navy hose to go with it, I'm just kicking myself I didn't think of it before. I should be able to get them soon. Photos will follow, but I have to get it home first!
Grinn'in ear to ear!

No question on the winner in this match. You look great in the kilt.

Alternatively, red hose (if your taste runs that way) or red garters/flashes pick up the subtle red stripe. Dark hose like black and charcoal will also go well, depending on the rest of your outfit.
