Is it possible to get a Semi-Trad without a fringed selvedge?

The best thing to do would be to talk to Rocky about this.

I think the answer depends on which tartan you select, or that's how Rocky explained it to me.

Yep, best thing to do is call Rocky. Some of the PV tartans have a selvedge and some have a fringe. Give him a buzz or an email and he'll let you know if the tartan(s) you're interested in have a selvedge edge or not.

We're out of the shop until tuesday (at a festival this weekend), but if you call me tues or wed, I'll be able to tell you what tartans have a kilting selvedge and which ones are fringed.

If it helps any in the meantime, my MacLean Hunting, Ireland's National, Macdonald, Gunn, Army and Navy semi-trads have selvedge rather than fringed hems.

If I buy one it will be in the Colquhoun tartan. Does that come with a fringed selvedge?
