I just hit that point. I did the rush order option (totally worth the 35 bucks or so) and the two weeks just ended. I'm getting pretty giddy.

Has anybody ever got to the point while waiting for a made to order kilt, that they ordered one of Jerry's Stillwaters just so they would have a "bird in the hand" while they waited for the "bird in the bush?"

How crazy is what I just said?

Feeling it myself on the US Navy I ordered from Rocky (last bit o' the tartan he had). When will that damn thing arrive?

Wait a tick.... 8 months? Is that normal for non-rush items?

Oh dear God... I may have to change my order if that's the case.

Here's how bad I have it...I actually had a dream last night that my Gunn kilt arrived. When I woke.... ohhh the disappointment.

PLEASE NOTE: People are discussing OTHER kilt companies in the USAKilts forum section. USA Kilts standard turnaround time on a custom kilt is 6 to 10 WEEKS (right now we're at 7 weeks). Our 'Rush Orders' are out the door within 2 weeks (right now we're at 1.5 weeks).

I just wanted to clarify...

Guess my jonesing is over. My kilt arrived today and once I get pictures I'll be posting them.

Rocky, it is a beautiful garment and I can't wait to wear it.
