    Tartan question

    Rocky,

I see that you made Mike in NC a kilt in the Confederate Memorial tartan.

Do you still have this tartan available? I noticed that it is not in your tartan list, but I'd like to have one. Is Mike's kilt cotton, wool, or poly-vis?

    Regards,

Mike's is made in 11 oz wool. It was made from a remnant I purchased that was long enough for a kilt. I'll have to check if I can get any more. Drop me an email (rocky@usakilts.com) to remind me to look into it. We're busy as "heck" this week with taxes and all...

I checked and I can still get it, but it's ONLY in 11 oz. Apparently only 1 mill weaves it and they only do it in 11 oz. Email me with your sizes for pricing. It'd be our Premier model.

I'll get the better half to help measure me this evening.

Doc trust me on this one. You'll love the 11oz wool Confederate Memorial and Rocky does a grand job of making it up. I wear mine frequently and really enjoy it. It draws a lot of comments and compliments especially when I wore it while RSO/tower announcer at a N-SSA match here in NC. Went the whole rest of the uniform, shell jacket, muslin shirt and slouch hat.
