    US Army Tartan Jonesing Begins...

OK, I've held off on this post for a full TEN HOURS...

I've placed my order for a semi-trad with Rocky & Co - and so the Jonesing begins! (With an 8 - 9 week gestation period. Sigh...)

    Anyone else starting to Jones?

Only for my Maple Leaf kilt from MacHummel, my kilt pin for same and my digi-camo material for my first x-kilt. Congrats on your new order, wear it well (in 8-9 weeks).

Already 2 weeks into the jones. To medicate, I've already ordered 3 new pairs of kilt hose, 1 new belt, 1 new belt buckle, and a balmoral like Ham's. Probably going to order an RKilt next week when I have the cash as well.

I've got a new USA kilt on the way (St. David's National - Casual.) I'm figuring in the next day or few.

Its looking like I'm gonna go with the yellow stripe, but I haven't actually told Rocky what to do yet (actually I would still like feedback to the most recient pics I put up http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/s...705#post321705 ). They won't have the fabric for 6-8 weeks yet, since it is being run special.

    US Bicentennial

I am waiting on my US Bicentennial 8 yard kilt pleated to blue stripe from Rocky, I hope to be able to pick it up this weekend.

I have two projects I am working on for kilts myself, but that isn't really jonesing it is the honey to do list, and life that is getting in the way.

Oh, oh! I knew there was something else that I was considering buying! I had planned on getting a kilt in the new Army Tartan but I let myself go into a Turners Sporting Goods store and that's a place that I shouldn't let myself go...

I saw a rifle that I just couldn't resist and although it cost me enough for a few kilts I had to have it when I realised that I had fallen madly in love with it and just had to have it.

Well, it seems the kilt will just have to wait a little longer.
