Congratulations! A kind word is always good, a glowing referral is better, and when it comes in a public way from someone with a following like Steven has it's awesome. Bask in your glory! You both deserve it!

That is a great write up from UK, very impressive, and very cool of them.

This speaks volumes as to the character of this forums members. The fact that a kiltmaker can positively praise what might be seen as his competition only makes this a better place for us all. Good on Steven and Rocky for conducting themselves as true professional businessmen. Thank you both.

I think Steven said it best that if we support each other (kilt companies) and try to carve out DIFFERENT nitches for ourselves, we can all succeed. It when we all start doing the exact same thing that we suffer. So far, most companies have done that... find a NEW nitche and fill it. Even in the "solid contemporary market", most of the companies (RK, AK, UK, FK) are pretty different from one another and bring different things to the table.

Refreshing to see such cooperation in a boom market. Plenty for all...even the shops on the other side of Mother Earth.
Rocky, that's a big deal....I may be wrong but don't know/think there's been a mention of other kiltmakers in the UK Newsletter before....?
I currently own 15 Utilikilts and 14 USA Kilts....when the three USA Kilts I have on order roll in that'll be 17 USA Kilts to 15 Utilikilts. Not a contest, just what I happen to like....but dang....until I received my first USA Kilt I NEVER ever thought I'd own more of something other than them UK "Scottish jeans."
We're all different in our tastes...but that is BIG STUFF to this olde kilter.
Congratulations both to Steven for being such a straight shooter and to Rocky and Kelly for the quality and service that earned the mention.

As others have stated, kudos to UK for looking outside the walls of their firm, and to Rocky & Kelly for providing such commendable products and services!
