    USA Kilts Rocks

Rocky and Kelly have great service...!!!
I ordered a USAK Semi Traditional in the American Heritage tartan at the end of December knowing that Rocky and Kelly were headed on a very well earned vacation. I had penciled in about March 20th to start expecting the kilt. I did not order "rush" service as I need the kilt for the end of May. Last night I got an email message that USA Kilts had a click and ship label headed my way. Today I came home from work to find a work of art in a cardboard box. Although I had thought it would come pleated to sett. Rocky had pleated it to the white stripe. It is PERFECT. It fits great, the fell sits exactly where it should on me, the pleats have a great feel. i love the look and I love the feel. The PolyViscous fabric should be perfect for the warm weather kilt wearing that I intended it for. The belt loops are invisible. I had to really look for them. When I figure out how to get pictures into the computer, I will then try and get them here. I have no doubt that Rocky's Premium kilt can give many a Scot kiltmaker a run for the money. I thought I knew what to expect when I saw Racer96's pics, but the real thing is so much better. It was well worth the jones time.
    Rocky & Kelly thank you.

Congratulations on the new kilt, I have a USA Kilt semi-trad. in the Black Stewart tartan, once it finally warms up I'll wear it again. For the price they are hard to beat I'm sure you will get years of wear from it.

As for getting photos on here you would need an account at a place like Photobucket, it's free and is where I keep my photos once you have created your account and have uploaded your photos, you can post them here by copying and pasting the IMG code here is where you would find that on the Photobucket page.

I too have an American Heritage and I LOVE IT!

I ordered the casual (even though I am a semi- trad. kinda guy) because their was a sale on off-the-rack kilts at the time. I am definitely not disappointed and I'm thinking that it was the right move because it makes the perfect kilt for warm weather travel, which I will be doing a lot of in the coming months.

    McMurdo,
The problem is not XMTS, It is getting my Photos from 35mm camera after developing into a digital format, then into my computer, then figure out Photobucket..... I am still in the film camera era.

I believe many places that develop film can put the images on a disc for you, then you can put them on your computer.

    Here Comes the piccies

My spouse is not good with a camera, a little blurred.

    The Apron Shot

    The Pleat Shot

    The Hamish Pose

The pleating detail - Pleated to the white stripe - Sweet.

Notice how the sporran loops are barely visible.

Great work by Rocky! now I need someone who is steady with my camera.
