Ummm, I ain't Rocky, but have purchased 25 of his USA kilts and all I've ever done is send him my waist and hip measurements and the length and the kilts all fit well...

When they arrive I usually even out the two top strap holes and loosen the bottom right strap by one extra hole.

No biggie. Order up!

Oh I wasn't concerned about it fitting well, but I've been working out trying to lose some weight. I've already had to tighten up a notch on my other kilt and I was wondering if he sized to the tightest position on the straps which would leave me no room to shrink.

We size it to the MIDDLE hole (3rd of 5 holes). This way if you lose or gain an inch or two, the kilt will still fit.

If you'd prefer us to make it to the LAST hole b/c you KNOW you will be losing another inch or two, take 1" off of your waist and hip measurement. Do NOT do this unless you are 100% SURE that you wil be losing more weight.
