USAKilts at the Philly Mid-Winter Scottish & Irish Music Festival

While enjoying all of the festivities such as all the food, beer, whisky and music, I took time out to get a few shots of Kelly and Rocky at the USAKilts booth at the Festival.

Kelly showing off her new creation ... a very PINK tartan indeed!

And as always, after a friendly conversation I left the booth mysteriously a bit lighter in the sporran ... ummmm... I never even felt a thing ...

Funny, I left their booth heavier in the sporran... err, should I say with a new sporran. And I got to pick up (and wear) my grey granite casual kilt. Oh, yeah, and a t-shirt for my wife.

    Wow, how'd that happen.

Great event by the way. Pictures of the kilt to follow this evening.

    Cool.
I spot some of the new PV (I assume) "Loud McLeod" tartan on the rack back there.

I stopped by to chat with them on Sunday. They are great people. I did buy a buckle and brooch while I was there, but I did manage to get away without ordering a kilt.

Rocky did make a point of showing me swatches of the new tartans though. Evil, evil man.
