| | | Freedom Kilts, A Class Act I have just returned from spending the day at Freedom Kilts. My visit was neccessitated by my shirt order. Due to the custom nature of its construction, I felt it best if measurements were taken from life. Steve and Bobbie were nothing short of fantastic. They readily welcomed me and within a short time I had gone from customer to friend. We shared a number of giggles and guffaws and assorted teehees. Their hospitality knew no bounds, from cookies to assisting me in getting home. I feel privledged to have these fine people in my circle of friends. As if the quality of Freedom Kilts wasn't enough, the memories I have of this day will ensure more than a few future purchases. Thanks Wizard and KK.

Hey Mikey,
Now ya got me feeling bad because I ain't been up to B.C. to see the shop yet, but Steve's been down here in Arizona.
Here's a pic of a couple of straight kilted guys at a Pride Festival. Hell we had fun and our ladies were there somewhere...
Riverkilt and Steve Ashton at Pride in the Pines in Flagstaff, AZ...sometime last summer.

I moved this thread to the Freedom Kilts forum, so Steve's customers and prospective customers can easily find it.

It sounds like you had a great time,
that must be a fine way to spend the day. Thanks for letting us know about it word of mouth is a wonderful thing.

Thank you for the kind words Mike.
Boy did we pull one over on you. We're actually both crabby stick-in-the-muds that hate people dropping in to bother us.
To everyone else please note: Mike allowed us to make up the pattern for a really big shirt. That means our kilt shirt will now be available in the following sizes..... S - M - L - XL - XXL - XXXL - Hagrid.
Of course he shows up at the shop with a kilt that needed some minor repairs so the highlight of Bobbies day was seeing Mike have to take off his kilt and since he did not bring a change of clothes having to wrap himself in 15 yards of spare fabric, AKA a great kilt, and parade around the shop. The sight scared away three customers.
A good day Mike thank you. Next time we must find a way to keep you here long enough to buy you a brew across the street.
