He is referring to the large water tank that I tied to the back of the burro. It seems that Juan Valdez likes to give his burro some of his coffee and I thought it would speed him up and deny our esteemed Cameron the full effect of "The Jones".
Of course I packed his kilt under the water tank to preserve the press of the pleats, so of course he was required to remove the tank before finally getting a look at his new kilt.

Full effect ? You said "by Christmas" (though you didn't specify the year .....).
Fortunately my neighbor has a forklift in his garage, tank you very much.
