Great video. I especially found the measuring tape against the door/wall idea to be helpful. Also the explanation of the different waist types, and who they are appropriate to was interesting.

Actually Dread, I kept glancing out the window of the shop where people had gathered to watch the filming. Some were trying to distract me. One young lady gave me quite a show!
