Steve does it again!!!!
Yes, you are right. Today I received my Freedom kilt, and let me tell you...its something to admire. You can see how much attention to detail Steve put into this kilt (and all others, Im not special). I got the Cargo model with slash pockets and a rear welt pocket. It fits like a glove, it wears very nice (fabric is still a little stiff, but that will be taken care of) and has a n awesome swish. I can sit here all day and tell you how wonderful my new kilt is and how happy Im with it, but I think its better if you go ahead and order one yourselves. Its worth every dollar I paid for it. You wont regret it. Here are some pictures of the new kilt. It needs a bit of ironing so bear with me fellas,

the pleats, (I love the little canadian flag on the rear pocke flag)

and the front,

Steve, I will get you better pictures of the pleats after I iron them so you can use them on the website. Once again, thanks a bunch Steve for a wonderful kilt. I will sure do business with you again.

Great looking kilt! The Cargo model is one I've been looking at and is 2nd on my list of kilts to get next.
What fabric is it?
Armageddon was yesterday. Today we have real problem.

Its charcoal poly cotton. It feels really nice, but liek I said a bit stiff still.

I've had my casual for a month and a half now and I have to agree, the details in this garment are amazing. It's one of my favorites. Superb workmanship.

The poly/cotton will never be as soft as a straight cotton (I know, I have one). But the defintie upside is caring for those lovely sharp pleats is a hundred times easier.
By the way, looks good.

That looks awesome! I'm going to have to show Nopadon those pics. Hopefully it will help break down some of the resistance to a single color kilt.
Yet again I'm envious of someone with a new Freedom Kilt. I can't wait until I'm finally down to where I want to be weight-wise and can maintain it long enough to feel comfortable buying one.
You wear it well.

Great looking Kilt. I wish i wasnt so hooked on tradition, i'd love to give the freedom Kilt a go. Who knows, three months ago who would have thought i would be wearing my Kilt full time. Its pictures like yours Inaki that give us more trad; types the urge to go further.
