How would it go over in England...

I'm heading to Manchester to work with a Christian Ministry doing some outreach stuff with local churches there. I'm wondering how a foreigner in a kilt talking about Jesus would go over with the local population there. Any thoughts?

Well, at least you'd be unbifurcated talking about a guy who was also unbifurcated....

I imagine you'll be drummed out of the country!
(and not because of the kilt).

I am sure that you are well aware that parts of Manchester are, these days, probably the toughest in the UK.There is a large multi-racial community there as well and with that, many religeons.

I think that "a man in the kilt" may get away with it, well.Kilted or not you will need a fair amount of determination.Good luck to you sir.
