    skirt, not kilt

On CNN's Headline News is a story this morning about a man in Louisiana who has been charged with indecency for wearing a skirt. It isn't the usual morality issue- this guy wears the thing at mid-thigh. In the video he is on a riding lawnmower with the Question answered by pixelation.
The weather guy, Bob Van Dillen, said, "You can't even call it a kilt!" His tone was positive towards kilts, IMO.
I tried to find the video to link here, but alas...

I hate seeing the kilt associated with this type of thing. This guy may have a legitimate issue with rashes, that's between him and his doctor. But that is a cotton skirt bought from any retail womens section. And he is being completely inappropriate in exposing himself like that.

Gents, this has NOTHING to do with kilts. Please keep our policies in mind.
