This forum section is designed as a holding area for threads, and the posts within them, whenever a member makes a report and brings a post to the attention of the staff.


Every one should understand that just because a post is reported does not mean that the post has violated any rules or that a member has done anything wrong.

We also wish our members to realize that the staff are required to talk to everyone involved, discuss with them the issues and deliberate each and every report we receive.

To respect the privacy of our members we do not carry out our discussions on possible rules violations on the open forum.

In an effort to be as fair, open and transparent as possible, we move posts that have been reported to this holding area while the discussions between all those involved take place.

By moving reported posts here everyone will know that a report has been received and that the staff and everyone involved are discussing the issue.

When we have heard from everyone involved and the votes of the staff tallied (usually within 72 hours) the post will be; a) Returned to the open forum, or b) Left here with a statement of the results of the discussion attached.
