It is with great pleasure that I note today that The Order of the Dandelion of xmarksthescot.com has 214 members!

I am very touched that so many of the good people here feel the same way that I do about XMTS and how people should conduct themselves both in person and online.

This has been somewhat of a rough couple of weeks, as all periods of adjustment are, for me here on the forum.

Looking at that number just made my morning and I would like to simply say Thank You to my fellow dandelions!

Its wonderful to see so many members signing up to the Order of the Dandelion. For me this is main core of xmarks, friendly people who treat one another politely and I get a great buzz out of meeting other dandelion wearers either here in Scotland or on my travels.

Actually, Jamie, my grandparents made dandelion wine.

Well, our various and scattered Burns' Dinners should count for something.

And at last count*, the list of decorations is:

Order of the Dandelion (X Marks highest honor, for tenacity and steadfastness in the face of overwhelming odds)
Wreath of Distinguished Service (for self sacrifice in service to the League)
Bronze Saltire (for commitment and courage in service to the League)
Golden Thistle (for wounds suffered from hostile forces)
X Marks Badge (for basic service to the League)

and the League Commendation medal.
