2 Hour sporran project
Well. Here it is. This is my second attempt at making a semi-dressy sporran.

I plan on threading a deep red ribbon through the holes in the cantle.
Opinions?
If you didn't care what happened to me, and I didn't care for you. We would zig zag our way through the boredom and pain. Occasionally glancing up through the rain, wondering which of the buggers to blame, and watching for pigs on the wing.

Nice, I like it. You'll have to put up pictures once it's finished. What kind of fur is that?

Forgive the terrible self-taken bathroom shot

The fur is patchwork, believe it or not, and came from an old fur coat. I'm pretty sure its rabbit. All I know is that I have about $5 and 2 hours invested in it, so I cannot complain. For a temporary closure I am using a stretched out black hair tie which is pinned to the back. The hair tie flips over the top of the cantle, and around the pin. It's just temporary til I finish it.

I honestly don't know. I used to make a lot of cloaks, and it is a pin my mother bought for me years ago for use with one of my cloaks. It's been sitting in one of my jewelery boxes with no use to speak of, so I thought it would be perfect.
