    Argyle alteration

    Howdy,

I was a proud recipient of the Argyle that my father wore in his wedding. But, I'm 5'11 and 170. He's 6'2" and built like a real man.

After two years of staring at it, I went to work with needle, thread, and steam iron.

I wore this set to church today.

    Cheers,

    Kevin.

Very nice work, even better that it has some personal history.

It looks very nice. You should have posted a "before" picture though.

    Cheers

    True Jamie,

My bad. Make it 3" longer and add a substantial amount of girth from the chest through the waist.

    sorry.

Looks like a wonderful job on the alteration, and the place where it came from makes it even more special.
