    Wink Um...

Um, is it a 9-yard kilt? If it is I'm pretty sure I don't want to see the finished product in use!!!

After you wear it, do you wash it or just wad it up and throw it away?

Im actually going to spray it with some weatherproofing chemical I have for tents and such. It'll make a nice 'rainy day' kilt

Happiness is like peeing your pants. Everyone can see it, but only you can feel its warmth.

    Pleating to sett or stripe?

This project sounds challenging, but "stick" to it!

Happiness? I'd settle for being less annoyed!!!

Definitely looking forward to some pics. Maybe some as you go as well as finished product. I didn't find that how-to that was linked to to be too helpful.

Does it have to be completely duct tape? If not you cold use a small strip of cloth for the hinge of the pleats. Place two pieces of tape side by side, sticky side up. Place a strip of cloth over top the tape where they meet. Then place two more strips of tape down over top of the other two. Do not cover the join. This might add a better swing to the kilt.
