New kilt for Brighton Pride 2008

    ,
We had a good day yesterday, sadly rather wet to begin with and many of the floats were a bit bedraggled, but a fun day , and very glad we went.
I made this kilt specially for the day, it's a red/white denim with a gold layer over the top so it looks red/pink/peach/orange/gold, depending on the light. It made more than a few people stop and stare , and smile (for the most part!).
So I hope I brought a little happiness!!
There were a good smattering of other kilts, mainly Union, but also a few from Guilty as well. I;ve got a few pics of the Gay Gordons as well, but they looking rather wet.

Paul, I think you just put the contemporary in contemporary kilts.

    WOW
You can't say it's Traditional but very eye catching to be sure, although it was a wet day, I'm glad you had a good time, excellent work on the kilt. Looking forward to more photos.
