Very nice work! Interesting to see how you worked out the details on the interchangeable flap. Also like the point on the flap.
If I may offer a suggestion, the edges of the flap distract from the overall appearance. Perhaps if they were smoothed and dyed it would look more finished?
Otherwise, nicely done!

I dunno... There is something to be said for a rough hewn look. Not with this sporran exactly, but I have wondered how an undyed sporran scrapped together from mismatching scraps of leather might look. Intentionally unfinished.
