    Rabbit sporran and belt

Soft leather and rabbit fur. Mmmmmmm comfy.
Hand stitched (man, I need some leather needles for my machines).

Nice work. What did you use as a pattern? Did you "deconstruct" another sporran or go freehand? Are you considering adding tassels?

Oh no! He's become another sporran making addict!

HIDE YOU PETS! (At least the ones with nice pelts!)

    Seriously, nice work.

    Cheers

Hey! What is wrong with using pets as sporrans? I have been considering using this guy as a full mask when he passes. (actually, my wife would not let that happen. She would use me as a full mask sporran before she would let me do that to her baby! )

Splash, I don't know how good you'd look as a sporran, but the dog does have nice coloration. It just seems wrong.

I took apart a SWK Economy sporran for a dressier project and used that.

As for the tassels, I thought about it but decided not to as this one leaves more space to run fingers through the fur. "Wanna pet my sporran" shirt is next.

I've got a very fat cat I've been wanting to do this to once she kicks the bucket.

We don't like her very much
