Wide Grosgrain Ribbon

Does anyone know a source for 2 3/4" or 3" wide grosgrain ribbon. I'd like to buy a roll in white for making cockades, but I can't find anything wider than 2 1/4" which is a little narrow.

I know somebody makes it because I've seen it, but I can't find any on the 'net so far.

I use the search engine Copernic when I am doing a serious search. It searches the other search engines and I seem to get a broader cross sections of web sites.
