    The wife does it again!

    It's our 7th anniversary on the 29th, so Joe decided she'd make something herself to celibrate. Here's the result:

    Both our clans are featured, & it has pride of place viewing-wise. I reckon it looks pretty good! The timber is camphor laurel (kind of works, me being a Laurie!) We've yet to add a Gordon sash (that's her Johnston), & I'm halfway through making a pair of antler crown sgians to hold the sashes back with. I'm faking damascus steel with acid (more on that in an upcoming sgian post) and all is progressing nicely.
