    Woodland MARPAT Kilt in progress

I decided to make another MARPAT kilt for myself. This one is reverse Kingussie rather than a box pleat. 16" Wide apron though but no taper.
Overview of the panels put together

Apron and Kilt pin loop panel

Center back with MOLLE mocked up (Notice the hem. I fold over the top and bottom of the hem and stitch them down)

Under apron w/ pocket and tag.

Think that's enough for tonight. I'll add the inner apron, waistband, and velcro tomorrow.

I like the pleat width on that. Good looking so far!

That's exactly what I put into my own woodland ACU kilt. I really like the loop panel. I've been considering using one on my kilt, and now I think I'll go ahead and do it.

It works great since you can either use patches or using a sacrificial piece of hook tape, use standard kilt pins w/o putting holes in the apron.

BTW, what is "woodland ACU"? To my knowledge, there's only one version of ACU.

No cargo pockets as of yet but the kilt itself is done. MOLLE and under apron pocket are on though.

yeah...I guess that is a bit redundant. I have a digital MARPAT in desert colors, so I usually specify woodland (the "green one" as my wife calls it).
