The X Marks Facebook page.
Hi folks,
After the problems some members had this last weekend with the change over of the IP address for the forum I thought I should remind everyone about the X Marks facebook page.
If anyone has any problems logging onto the site they will also not be able to send a PM or find my email address.
So as an alternative you can go to the X Marks facebook page and find my email address or post on the wall. I will be able to direct you or answer questions there.
Would every member please become a friend on the X Marks page so if something happens you will be notified.
Click here to go to the X Marks Facebook page.
I hope this gives everyone a backup plan for the future.

Steve, your link just led me to my own FaceBook home page, and a search did not turn up X Marks, at least not this X Marks.
Can you help us?

Link seems to work on my end. From reading posts, I would say many here will not use any link to Facebook, just as an informational note. I don't like to post something negative w/o an alternative suggestion, but as I use no social media sites beyond this one, I know nothing else to propose.

Got it - search for "kilt forum" in FaceBook.

I think you can "like" the FB page, not "friend" it.

Folks, I am only offering the facebook page as an alternative information source to the forum in the event you cannot log onto the forum.
Personally I do not feel comfortable with the format of facebook and have never used it much. But my email address is listed there so if you cannot get to the real X Marks, pop over to the facebook page and you can contact me through the facebook wall or look in the info section for my direct email address.

Steve,
The facebook groups have closed options if you prefer that, similiar to becoming a member on here, that way you could keep the group on their for members only basically.
However, I really like the page and it will definitely help when I panic like a few nights ago. I gotta tell you gents, a cold sweat came over me when I realized I had no communication with you all. A dark, grim night that was...
