Video Clip: Sweeping the pleats
Always one to do what I am told, or politely asked to do, I THINK I now have managed to produce, direct and star in a short video clip on the subject of "Sweeping the Pleats"!

| Made Reversible Tartan Flashes O'Neille
Made Reversible Tartan Flashes
This is a companion to the Mini-Kilt assembly in pictues.
I decided to make single flashes that wouldn't be huge on a ladies calf. I made two of each of the base colors of the kilt (blue and green). So that they would be reversible and the wearer... |

| Tips for uploading photos

Making your own extra-swell tartan flashes

| Basting the pleats for pressing
I thought it might be useful to make a post that explains how to baste a kilt for pressing. It truly doesn't take very long to do, and it makes a huge difference in the kind of quality press you can get. And, if you take it to a dry cleaner to have it pressed, you should absolutely take the time to... |
